Inspired by the hedgerows of Devon, the vast veldt of Africa and the weathered shores of Australia – my forms have emerged.

Educated in Africa and England - emigrated to Australia 1966.

Completed TAFE Certificate of Ceramics, Brookvale. 1986.

1986 Commenced part-time teaching at Ku-ring-gai Art Centre, Roseville – where still currently teaching. Also, at this time started my own pottery business.

Have given workshops and slide presentations to various potters’ groups throughout NSW and WA.

Vice President of Potter’s Society of Australia for 2 years.

2010 - President of the Ceramic Study Group Inc. Member for 25 years.
